Yes, we offer free delivery on all subscription orders, and with any order over $40 within the USA! Otherwise, standard $5.99 flat rate applies.

Due to COVID-19 safety guidelines carriers are experiencing shipping delays. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days from our warehouse and then sent to our carriers for delivery. Please expect up to 21 business day on top of standard transit times to receive your order. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after the expected delivery date, please reach back out to us so we can look into the matter. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for being a valued customer.

Yes, you can change the flavors or products with every subscription delivery. Go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and you can edit your orders there. If this isn’t working please Contact Us.

No, a discount code can only be used for one-off orders as subscribing gives you a 25% discount on every order.

The choices are endless! Our Collagen Protein can be mixed with water, almond milk, or blended into a smoothie with fruit and nuts. We also really love it combined into recipes. Check out our recipe page for more ideas.

Dose & Co protein powder is not a meal replacement. However, you can combine it with milk, fruit, greens, nuts and seeds to add something extra to your food.

Drinking a protein shake before a workout (45-60 minutes prior), can boost your energy levels and help you push further in your workout. After a workout it is beneficial to consume a post-workout shake within 30 minutes to help muscle repair and growth.

Bovine consists of type 1 and type 3 collagen.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body that holds everything together. It is found in your bones, ligaments, tendons, connective tissues and skin, and plays a role in your overall health. The word collagen comes from the Greek word “kolla” meaning glue. Collagen literally acts like glue to provide form and support for your body.

Collagen is composed of a series of amino acids, including glutamine, arginine, proline and glycine. Amino acids are the building blocks for proteins and are essential to synthesizing hormones and moving chemical messages through the body.

As for collagen, amino acids bind together to form procollagen, a precursor for the protein that’s still strong enough to provide strength and structure. To become collagen, procollagen undergoes a grouping process, forming long collagen chains with more than one thousand amino acids. Those chains arrange themselves side by side and bind together into fibrils, or three-dimensional helices. Many of the unique capabilities of collagen – for example, being elastic and forgiving enough to be stretched without tearing – are thanks to the unique properties of these triple helices. They bind closely together to form a dense sheath of cells and act as the foundation of body materials, whether it’s in your epidermis (upper layer of skin), your gut, or anywhere else.
